First Presbyterian Church - The Family Life Center

Our Family Life Center was dedicated on April 13, 1986. The building was made possible by the legacy of Constance Skelton and her love for young people. Complete with a gym, canteen, game room, family room, ceramics craft room, restrooms with lockers / showers, and office for our Director of Activities and Youth Ministry it has become one of the major hubs of activity for all of the families of of First Presbyterian Church as well as being a major part of our community outreach.

The Family Life Center provides gathering and meeting space for:

FPC Middle School and High School Youth Groups

High School Sunday School

Various Presbyterian Women groups

Various Bible Study groups

Scouting Programs: Cub Scout Pack 41, Boy Scout Troop 215 & Venture Crew 215

Open Gym

Musical Programs and Plays

Fundraising Events Such as Yard Sales and Bake Sales

Basketball and Soccer Practices & Games - ACAA (Anderson Church Athletic Association) Events

Local Non-Profit Meetings

Birthday Parties and Showers

First Presbyterian Church is a member of the ACAA (Anderson Church Athletic Association) and our gym is used for basketball games for youth and adults. You can see the schedule for these events at their website - ACAA (Anderson Church Athletic Association)
