What is a Prayer Shawl?
A
prayer shawl may be knitted, crocheted or hand-woven. What sets it
apart from other craft projects is that the shawl is accompanied by
prayer and meditation by an individual or a group. When the shawl
is finished, it is presented to someone as a visible expression of
care, concern and God’s love.
